For more than 22 years, I built a career in financial services leading teams, solving complex problems, and helping people navigate change. On paper, I had done many of the things I was supposed to do. I built a career. I earned the titles. I checked the boxes.

And somewhere along the way, I started wondering why a life that looked successful didn’t always feel like mine.

I spent a lot of time thinking I needed to become a better version of myself—more confident, more disciplined, more polished, less afraid. Tiffany 2.0, essentially.

What I eventually realized was almost the opposite.

I didn’t need another version of myself. I needed to remember the original one.

The woman who existed before years of expectations, roles, responsibilities, successes, failures, and other people’s ideas about who she should be.

That realization became the beginning of Rose & Birds.

Today, I’m exploring those questions through speaking, writing, facilitated conversations, and the stories we tell one another: Who are we underneath all the roles we carry? What parts of ourselves have we quietly set aside? What does success mean when we get to define it for ourselves? And what kind of life—and legacy—do we actually want to create?

I don’t pretend to have all the answers. In fact, I’m still becoming, too. I think that’s part of the point.

What I do know is that honest conversations have an incredible way of helping us see ourselves differently. Sometimes one good question can change the direction of an entire life.

And outside of work...

I’m a Southern California native now living in North Carolina with my husband and two children. I love traveling, experiencing different cultures, getting completely lost in paranormal fiction, and learning what makes people tick.

I’m also the person who somehow ends up having surprisingly deep conversations with strangers—in airports, at events, in checkout lines, pretty much anywhere. I’ve learned not to question it. People are fascinating, and everyone has a story.

Rose & Birds is where I’m bringing all of those pieces together—storytelling, curiosity, strategy, leadership, identity, and a genuine interest in what makes us who we are.
